Have you tried changing your mindset, and it’s just not working? Maybe you’ve tried to be more mindful, think differently, or behave differently. And yet, your emotions take over—and despite lifestyle changes, you continue to feel stuck in cycles of worry and distress. I have a decade of experience working with women who deal with anxiety, panic attacks, uncomfortable physical symptoms, low self-esteem, and relationship stressors.

One way I approach therapy is by tuning in to what you’re feeling in the moment—both emotionally and physically. By doing this, we create space for your authentic reactions and more easily identify your needs. In our work together, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform, please, or be anything other than yourself. These sessions are guided by what matters most to you, not by a fixed agenda. We’ll explore what’s on your mind and what’s happening in your body, at your pace.

I am certified in Brainspotting, which is an evidence-based approach that supports the processing and healing of unresolved experiences. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy, techniques from Somatic Experiencing, Parts-Work, and mindfulness meditation.
