I provide one-on-one telemental health therapy to clients in Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado.

I am trained in evidence-based therapies. I see symptoms improve when I intervene with Brainspotting, somatic techniques, and incorporate knowledge from attachment theory, parts work, and mindfulness.

– My out-of-pocket rate is $140 per 50-minute session, with income-based sliding scale options available. In-Network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Optum, and UHC.
– Pay by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.
